Cancellation Policy
At Mango Tree Coffee, our conference room is available for customers looking to host meetings, workshops, or small events in a relaxed and professional setting. The space can accommodate up to 10 people and is available for booking during our regular business hours, Monday through Saturday. Reservations must be made in advance and are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Bookings are available for a minimum of 1 hour. Rental fees apply, and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. We kindly ask that guests leave the space clean and tidy, and note that any damages during use will be the responsibility of the booking party. To maintain a welcoming environment for all, smoking, alcohol, and disruptive behavior are not permitted. Mango Tree Coffee reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking at its discretion.
